The Production

Everyone you have on your show, from the first hello to the finished episode — one board, one contact book, and rules that send the follow-ups for you. Built for podcast producers.

Whatever you produce, keep it moving.

What it is

Running a show means keeping dozens of people moving at once: the guest who applied, the one waiting on a date, the one who recorded last week and still needs their thank-you. The Production keeps every one of them on a single board, in stages you name yourself, so nothing depends on somebody remembering.

Guests apply through your own public form and book from your calendar. Ready-written emails go out with names and dates filled in, rules move people along and add the tasks, and your recording schedule comes in from Calendly, Acuity and Zoom. On Automator and above, an AI pre-interview call talks to applicants and scores them, and after you record it writes the summaries, articles and promo, transcribes the meeting and tidies the audio.

It is careful by default. Anyone put forward by a booker is held until you approve them, before anything is sent. Files are kept for a period you choose, and nothing is ever deleted without a warning about that specific file first — so a download is never a surprise.

Who it is for

Podcast producers and hosts — and the agencies and teams running several shows at once.

What it does

The parts that matter

01

One board, one contact book

Everyone you work with in stages you name, with their photo, links, dates and where they are up to — including who is a sponsor.

02

Rules that do the follow-ups

Send an email, add a task or move someone to the next stage automatically when something changes. Set it up once.

03

An AI pre-interview

A live voice call that talks to applicants before you do and scores them, so your calendar fills with the right people. Automator and above.

04

Files that warn before they go

Kept for thirty days by default, or whatever you set. Every file gets its own warning a week before it is removed, and anything you mark Keep stays.
